Varel Interactive, a digital product studio for UX/UI, web, web apps, mobile apps and 3D showrooms

Varel designs and engineers interfaces, websites, web and mobile apps and real-time 3D showrooms, with the same hands from the first sketch to launch.

Buttons, screens, data, devices and space. We build every piece, and they fit.

From idea to immersive.

Five service lines, one journey. Scroll through how an idea becomes an interface, a website, a product, an app in your pocket and finally a space you can walk into.

1/5 UX/UI design

1 / 5From idea to interface

UX/UI design

We shape the product before a line of code, so engineering builds the right thing once.

  • User research and interviews
  • Flows, wireframes and sketches
  • Figma design systems with tokens
  • Clickable prototypes tested with real people
  • Accessibility reviewed from the first screen

Stack : Figma, Research, Prototyping, Design systems

Studies we built to show how we work.

Varel is a new studio, so these are self-initiated projects rather than client work. Each one exercises a full service line end to end.

  1. Web app + Mobile

    Aurora

Field-service web app and companion mobile app

Scheduling, technicians and invoicing for a plumbing company, from research to a React Native app that works offline.

  2. Shopify + 3D

    Nordholm

Shopify theme with a 3D configurator

A furniture storefront where every chair can be seen in each fabric and leg finish before it goes in the cart.

  3. UX/UI + WordPress

    Lumen

    Design system and WordPress site

An editorial site for an architecture practice: a Figma system, tokens in code and a block-editor theme editors enjoy.

Designers who code. Engineers who design.

Varel is a digital studio founded by people who do both. We take a product from the first sketch to shipped code without handing it across a wall, which is how the details people feel survive the trip.

We are small and new, and deliberately so: every project gets the people who founded the studio, and every build is written so another team could inherit it.

  • One team from sketch to ship

The person shaping an interaction is often the person implementing it.

  • Performance is a feature

Load time, rendering cost and bundle size get a budget on day one. 3D and motion are not exempt.

  • Built to be inherited

Clear structure, documented decisions and no dependency that does not earn its place.

Tell us what you are building.

A few sentences are enough. We reply with questions, a first take on the approach and what a first phase could look like.
